The blue sapphire measures approximately 10 x 8mm approximately 3.85ctw and has 20 tapered baguette diamonds  and 4 round diamonds .75ctw. Graded H-I color and SI clarity. Prong set in wave around center stone. Ring has 2mm plain polished shank. Size 5.5
